2/10 Poor

Nobody was working, not clean. And it did not look like the pictures at all. I would never go back again.
John, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

There was no help. But the receptionist was on duty and super helpful and friendly. Anything that you wanted she tried to help. But she can only do with what she has to do with.
DeLoris, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Very bad service and the place needs a lot of work

The first night the roof was leaking and it got on both beds and on the table beside the bed and all over the phone. They put us in another room for the next night and when we got up that morning to shower there was no hot water.
Christine, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

The lobby had a musky smell. The inside pool and hot tub were cloudy and didn't look very clean. The room was clean. The towels seem to be old and small. None of the ice machines worked.
Kevin, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

The hotel met our family needs with the exception of breakfast. There was no food when we went to breakfast at 8:00 am. If you promise breakfast in your advertising, you had better supply breakfast!!!
Amy, 4-night trip

Vista suites is real good

The manager is a very nice man and is very helpful and the night manager Jasmine is very nice and a hard worker. I would definitely stay there again.
Bradley, 3-night trip

4/10 Fair

Room was old and it was evident that it cleanliness is not an option. Bathroom floor was dirty. All ice machines were broken throughout the hotel. Front desk was vacant with a sign on the counter with a phone number to call for a clerk. Dining area was dirty and limited on breakfast selections. No maid service for the two day stay. I did not expect much for the price but I don’t recommend this place.
Salvatore, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

Room was filthy, lamps wasn’t working, peeled walls. Management gave me bulbs to replaced had to make a few runs to the concierge/lobby. Request for another room they weren’t able to accommodate the request. Never again will I stay here. Don’t come here waste of money
Nguyet Anh Tina, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

The breakfast offered was minimal at best, a few pieces of toast, mini muffins and coffee. The room seemed pretty clean, however there were some stains on the linens and a large stain on the pull out couch mattress which had no linens available for it so we didn’t use it. We were told they don’t do “typical housekeeping” at check in and had to track down someone to get us more towels (there were 4 people total and only 3 towels in the room and no additional towels provided at the indoor pool) The location was convenient without being on the main road which was very nice.
Chris, 2-night trip

The AC barely worked, the carpet around the bed was coming up, had a horrible smell, and this morning when checking out the worker this morning was asleep on the couch with blankets and a pillow.
Staci, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

Horrible! We had no hot water, went to front desk and she said “not again”. I can move but if you wait it will get hot. We stared to change rooms to second floor, found millipedes, roaches and more stink hugs. Went back to 4th floor room and waited 2hrs. Still no hot water found another hotel and left. Hotels.com said they contacted mgmt and they refused to refund any of it.

Business trip stay

Our stay was terrible. I had a business trip. The front desk was rude . The breakfast area dirty with no breakfast but coffee and muffins not all that was shown. No hot water in the room the bathroom shower had hair in it , room smells, Jacuzzi and pool was dirty and had a pee smell. Only thing good was the t.v and the quietness of the place .
Ginger, 2-night trip

Great stay off the strip but close enough to get there quick! They called and checked on us before we checked in so they could have the a/c on and the room cooled off

Dont stay here!

Rooms were smelly and dirty. Ceilings were falling apart, there were flakes of it on our bed and floor. Mini fridge was sticky. And Elevators were sketchy. We ended up leaving and going somewhere else.
Kaitlyn, 1-night trip

Will not stay here again

The desk person was very unkept. Instead of giving me the room I booked he gave me another room. The room had roach bugs in the bathroom and the tub was almost rusted out. I was switched to a similar room that I booked but still not correct. I did not feel safe here .
Misty, 1-night trip

Family vacation, we stayed in a cabin most of the week but wanted to stay a couple more nights so booked a room here, with all the reviews we were worried, but he didnt have any issues. Rooms were a little warm but other than that we enjoyed our stay. We were out and about most of the day
