Spacious room is equipped with a kitchen and a fireplace. Room and hotel proper extremely clean. Have stayed there three times over two months. Highly recommend!

What a beautiful property. I stayed with my dogs, the room was huge, clean and came with a kitchenette and a partition between the bed and the kitchen to make a little dining area. The ladies at the reservation desk were beyond helpful and accommodating. I recommended this property to all of my friends as well as friends travelling with pets. The price for a kitchenette room was incredible. I absolutely will stay here again

The rooms are specious, staff are great. But it would be great if there arw more staff during peak hours. Saturday amd sunday lots of people in the kitchen no food because the staff is doing the reception too. Food is not enough I went there 3 times to be able to get food(few slices of sausage a scoop of hasbrown.)

We needed a last minute place to stay for one night while in Red Deer. All the hotels in the area were sold out and we ended up at the Western Budget, but to our surprise it was such an excellent stay! It’s a bit outdated, which is quite fine. The motel was very clean and felt secure and safe. It was quite at night as well. The sound does travel easily, as in you can hear conversations in the hallway and the noise travelling from the upstairs neighbors. But overall for the price and the cleanliness it’s a great value option. Would stay here again!

The room that I booked indicates it has hair dryer and microwave when it does not. The first accommodation that I ever encountered that does not even have a hair dryer in the room for guest, which I find that kind of ridiculous. Would have given 5 stars if not for these issues.

This place is going be my new go to for Red Deer and Sylvan Lake. The staff are very kind and accommodating, and the place was very clean. It was a large room. If it wasn’t for the rain we would have stayed much longer.
