I would put 10, but the beach was closed because of sargassum and this week they just started to install the barriers. The other issue is the road to access the hotel, it's like a rural way, shared by several resorts, it's painful to get in and out of the property

We loved our stay at the property. They are in the middle of doing a facelift to it (paint mostly) but the food was great and the staff were excellent. So nice and accommodating. We went with a group of 6, 2 adults and 4 children. All of the kids had a blast, and we were able to relax and chill by the pool. The beach had lots of seaweed, but it’s not the resorts fault, it was everywhere, at all resorts. It is just the time of the year that we went. Overall, i would give the property a 9/10

This property was a disappointment. The resort has potential, but it was basically empty. There were only 2 restaurants open each night. There were very limited activities for kids/families. There was no nightly entertainment, like advertised. The seaweed was out of control…the beach was inaccessible and the smell was nauseating. Resorts nearby had barricades to prevent the seaweed from ruining the beaches. There were limited food/drink/snack options throughout the day. The only positives were the amazing staff and cleanliness. We had to go off the resort and spend extra money on excursions.

Beautiful!!! The grounds are wonderfully kept, the rooms are modern and clean, the food was fantastic, and the staff is one to admire. We had the room with the swim up pool. It was the best decision! Our room was close to the pool bar and Bettyna was on call! Her friendly and attentive service made our stay all the better. We will most definitely return.

We really like the property except for access to the beach which was not good. The beach was very small and covered with water grass. Access to the ocean is also not great because the water is full of rocks and water grass. The beach is very shallow. This is the only area that has been not nice. Other than that we are pretty satisfied with our vacation.

The hotel is beautiful however it felt like a zombie vacation where is the people ! They listed multiple restaurants however it’s only 2! No hot tubs only if u have a swim up room . Karaoke night had 2 people . You couldn’t access the beach it’s full of seaweed . There is a hot tub in your room however it’s no hot water the water was near warm if that. The staff was nice however i felt it was a waste of vacation. At 8:00 It’s no moment you can’t get in the pool. We were told there was an adult pool however there were kids in the pool kids ran up in down the hallway as well maybe so much noise. Not to mention at dinner 2 kids ran in screamed the entire night one little guy sit under my table near my leg it was his birthday the best part was singing happy birthday to the adorable guy. I booked 2 rooms over 2k in I would say me being a traveler this was my worst experience. Not to mention I was hounded to do a presentation.

The rooms are clean and the resort well maintained. They were refurbishing certain buildings but that didn’t impact our trip. The food was excellent, it was by far the best I’ve ever had at an all inclusive. The drinks were great and made with spirits that are typically considered top shelf at other resorts. The beach is small and there is seaweed at the shore line despite an additional $2/day seaweed clean up fee charged to each guest. There are multiple pools with plenty of lounge chairs and cabanas available. The staff is phenomenal! They are friendly, attentive and the very best part of the trip. Not all restaurants are open every night and the schedule wasn’t always accurate. That being said, there were always at least two restaurants open for dinner and room service was available 24/7. We didn’t have hot water when we arrived but that was quickly fixed by maintenance. I would definitely go back!

We spent 5 nights here with our 2 and 5 year old. From the champagne welcome to the seamless checkout, we had a head to toe wonderful time. I read ALL of the comments prior to booking and almost changed our reservations due to some consistent commentary on the food, hot water situation, yucky beach, etc. None of these were an issue for us. Was the beach mucked up, sure, but 3/5 days it was cleared up enough (mostly thanks to staff who relentlessly attempted to keep it clean) that my kids spent hours enjoying watching the waves and collecting shells. The food was absolutely incredible. Some of the best meals we’ve ever had and besides the buffet, never ate at the same restaurant twice. We had zero issues with the hot water in our room. Lastly, the staff was just so accommodating and kind to our whole family, just so incredibly friendly. My only real note would be that having a portal or some kind of app that electronically shows what’s available and when everyday would be helpful. They just had paper copies of all the important information. Very happy that we kept our reservation and would definitely return

The staff at the resort were all fantastic. Friendly and accommodating. The pool was very cold, but you did eventually get used to it once in the pool for a little while. The beach is long but not a lot of space. The ocean water was not the greatest, but this might have been due to the trough weather. It is swimmable for sure, but the flags were red for the entirety of the trip. There was little for kids or teens to do and if you didn't want to sit in the cold pool, there wasn't much else to keep them occupied at all. Water sports on the beach were also limited. I think you could grab a kayak, but you had to really go looking for stuff to do other then the pool. This resort is under new ownership and it appears they are working on getting it up to standards. It was a great stay and it did the trick, but was not worth the price we ended up paying. Borderline 4 star at this time.

An excellent resort I recommend it!!

The staff here are the highlight of the resort! From the front desk to the service staff to the housekeeping and maintenance personnel!!! Everyone is extremely attentive, friendly, professional, and caring. I have traveled to many all inclusive in many countries as well as cruise often and this staff really stood above the rest. I chose a swim up room with a hot tub outside and it was worth the upgrade. The room was very modern and the finishes were luxurious. The grounds were manicured. The pools were crystal clear and clean. The staff works around the clock to maintain the property. We tried 2/3 of the dinner restaurants and the food options were great and the quality was superb by U.S. standards. The morning and lunch buffets included mimosas and Bloody Marys. The selection was plentiful as well as a made to order omelette station. The bars had quality liquor and no plastic bottle liquor which was a pleasant surprise. The beach was nice but there was quite a bit of seaweed but that is expected this time of year. They had staff cleaning it up all day. The hotel was a 20 minute drive from Cancun airport. I would suggest an uber or a scheduled taxi service so you don’t get price gouged walking out of the airport. An uber back was 20 usd or 400 mxp. I did order the up charge lobster for dinner and while it was the nicest presentation and portion I’ve ever had, it was $75! But there are plenty of included options on the menu including shrimp and steak. Stay here!!

Stayed 4 nights late Dec. 2024. Overall we enjoyed our stay but a few things really ruined any good review we could give. First, the room phone did not work so it was difficult to contact room service for anything. But more than that, we told the front desk every morning of our stay and nothing was ever done, nor any indication given they even checked on it. Very poor customer experience and we felt ignored. Second, the hotel lost hot water one day of our stay. Cold showers really suck. Again we approached the front desk and were told they were aware and trying to get it fixed. But no proactive communication was given nor any kind of follow up to the guests impacted. Third, the room came with a coffee maker and coffee making supplies. 1 regular 1 decaf. We are big coffee drinkers so we tried to request more coffee and creamer for our stay. Oops no phone… so we again requested from the front desk to deliver more coffee to our room. Nothing was ever done and housekeeping never replaced the coffee and creamer we had consumed from the first evening. On the last evening, we did run into a hotel employee we shared our experience with and she immediately jumped into action and personally delivered coffee to our room. Too bad the front desk staff did not act like this and could really take some lessons from her. The food and restaurant staff were great. The buffet was really tasty and we ate there most of our stay.

The people and the service were amazing! Our drinks were constantly replenished whether we were by the pool or at dinner and the food was great too. However, the dinning was limited to only one restaurant per night, it smelled really bad around the pool outside, and they didn’t have that many activities or shows. I really would have wished we were notified of the smell and inability to use the beach prior to our visit, but we still made the best of it and had a pretty good time.

I will start off by saying the staff here goes above and beyond to make your experience 5+stars. Bettina, Mauricio, and Sergio are fabulous. The room we stayed in was great and well maintained by housekeeping daily. The food is very good at all the restaurants as well. This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this resort this year, and once the beach is fixed, we will absolutely return.

It was a lovely resort. We had everything we needed. The pools were clean, the food was good and the room were cleaned well and daily. The only drawback was all the seaweed which was not their fault. It was also really scarce the occupancy was low for the time of year and the size of the place. Not sure why it really was great all around.
