Exactly like the description and the evaluations. It’s a very tiny room with a good bathroom and a not so good bed. It’s very close to nice touristic places.

room had no furniture other than the bed.no water glass.no maid service not even to empty garbage. the picture of the exterior is the building across the street and the lobby picture is of somewhere else. the exterior had plywood on parts. very much a work in progress

The location provides great walk ability to all of old Montreal. A well used cycle lane is right outside the door with good connectivity to other bike lanes. Staff are very friendly but a little disorganized (it took 3 days to get the cleaning). The rooms are very small with no bedside tables or drawers for clothing. Beds are small but good. Shower was great. Not great soundproofing so your upstairs neighbours movements are noticeable. More like student accommodation than hotel accommodation. The price was reasonable. There is a wonderful cafe across the street.

This property has many problems and few positive attributes. Firstly the rooms are very small, the standard room seems to be less than 10x10 not including the bathroom. The floor is uneven and my particular room had a downslope between 2 and 7 degrees. The bathroom was updated and modern which was nice however the slope does continue. There is no restaurant, bar or elevator on location. If you plan on drinking don’t stay here as the staircase and sloped floors are a nightmare for anyone stumbling back after a night out. The sound proofing is not good either in the rooms. Overall I do not recommend this place it is relatively cheap but still does not reflect the quality of the room. Staff was helpful and friendly, there are no homeless hanging around and it’s in a decent location for activity in old town Montreal.

Great location but the “hotel” it self was not nice. Staff is no never to be found. Asked for towels 3 times and was always told they are not ready. Zero amenities. Would not stay there again.

Bien pour un court séjour (2-3 jours) si vous êtes seul ou en couple, car la chambre n'est pas trés grande (une salle de bain et une pièce pour la chambre. Personnel gentil, mail ne parle qu'anglais, donc il faut savoir se débrouiller en anglais. Proche de l'endroit où j'allais,donc bon emplacement. Quelques imperfections dans la chambres (pucks dans les murs). Également, l'insonorisation pourrait être mieux, car j'entendais parler. Aussi, la chambre n'était pas prête lorsque je suis arrivée, l'employé est allé la nettoyer pendant que j'attendais dans le lobby (en 10-15 minutes), donc je ne sais pas si la chambre a bien été nettoyée. Sinon c'était bien.
