Loved this hotel, it’s a new build and they’re still working on it so it was a little loud but didn’t bother us. Pool looked so nice, I wish we could’ve enjoyed. They serve alcohol and food at the pool bar. Only flag is that if you don’t pay to reserve you pay when you arrive and need to arrive by 3pm to confirm your reservation.

The hotel is nice and the pool was great. Our room had a great view and the staff was friendly. The o my things that we did not like, was the bed. It was uneven and would sink in the middle. Also, when we were leaving, we noticed that the fitted sheet had some weird stains. Like they had not been washed. Overall, great place, the bed and the stains were the only negative.

DEFINITELY stay here!

WHAT AN AMAZING TRIP. The property was under massive construction (additions) but everything was still absolutely gorgeous and like its own little paradise. We were greeted by a staff member who spoke perfect English, brought to our room (which opens with a simple code), and immediately fell in love with the place. It felt like a resort but more intimate. On the same street as the hotel, there are 8 wineries. We drove up and down the street visiting the close ones and even had time to take a midday swim. Absolute convenience. The hotel is also down the street from a little convenience store if you need any snacks or drinks that Hacienda doesn't carry. Definitely download Whats App before your stay so you can easily communicate with the concierge person taking care of you. The number is: +52 664 673 6136

The property at first glance was great. It’s still under construction and things were missing as expected. Our room was very nice big and spacious. The main issues were with our room. First we went into our room and we could not find the AC control anywhere. I messaged Kimberly and got it pretty quickly. Then we could not close our door. It kept beeping as if it were open. We had to push really hard and the first 3-4 times it locked. Then we went out to explore but closing the door was impossible. My husband ended with the door handle in his hand. Again we messaged Kimberly and she said they were going to order a new lock. That meant we had to wait 2-3 hours. We did not feel safe leaving our door unlocked. We went to the pool and waited there. Finally we were told that the door was ready. We went back to our room to shower and while I was showering the water was turned off. Again we were told that it would take 10-15 minutes. By this time we had already missed a couple of activities we had planned. I wish were told that they were turning the water off to plan accordingly. The last thing that happened was water leaking from the sink. We saw it while getting ready and dried the area. Did not see it again so we left. The next morning we woke up to a puddle of water next to the side of the bed. My charger was on the night stand and the end was on the floor so it got wet and it stopped working. The water was closed to the bathroom wall. It was checkout time and left.

An amazing stay

We had a great time at Flores de Sal. The hotel is nice, quiet, clean, and inviting. The jacuzzi is delicious, the grapes are right in front of your room. Everything is great, bit even better was the attention of night manager Alex and Israel, they can fix everything. Honestly, big kudos to them, we will return.

En general muy buen hotel, linda experiencia y bellas vistas, solo les hace falta mucha más atención en recepción ya que tuve que estar tras de ellos varios días para poder confirmar mi reservación, estuvimos 3 noches y no nos dieron limpieza a pesar que la pedimos.

Muy buena opción en en Valle

Muy buena experiencia, precio calidad está perfecto. Nos quedamos en una habitación básica, de planta baja. La habitación grande, limpia, smart tv, baño amplio, cuenta con mini bar con precios muy económicos para no salir. Por fuera hamaca y fogata. El desayuno está incluido, puedes escoger entre huevos al gusto, chilaquiles o fruta. La alberca de buen tamaño con jacuzzi y abierta hasta las 9pm, pedí una piña colada se me hizo de buen sabor. El servicio bueno, creo que lo podrían mejorar un poco en cuestión de tiempos de espera. Aceptan mascotas, el estacionamiento es amplio, tienen bicicletas gratis para poder dar la vuelta. Barón Balch’e está a 3 min en bici y Emeve a 5. Cuentan con terraza para eventos. Sin duda volvería a ir

Very well kept property. Enjoyed the shade by the pool and hot tub. The views are great and the room was perfect for our 2 night stay. Enjoyed the breakfast included and ate dinner by the pool one night. The food was very good and the Margarita was also delicious. The Staff was very nice and willing to help in any way.
