Beautiful property, gorgeous pool, had everything that we needed! We loved having the pizza place right in the backyard- it was delicious and they have gelato as well which was very convenient! Walking distance to the Hard Rock if you want to eat there or gamble. There is a small grocery store inside the gated complex to pick up any supplies needed and free transportation off site to pick up anything they don’t have. The development is still under construction across the street but it was perfect for us and not bothersome, We barely left for days.

The property was and elsa the property manager was very helpful and made our stay smooth the only issues we had was a women at night in a lower apartment was screaming we thought something had happened to her but we think it was intoxication please put in your customer rental policies that people need to be courteous to other guest when it comes to noisy other then that the place was great the Italian restaurant down stairs was great the food was excellent the beach club is worth the price very private and relaxing friendly waitress

Cute apartment, but lots of construction around the area. The room is clean, but lots of small ants in the hallway and the washroom doesn’t have a fan system So it smelled like it was moldy. The beach is misleading because you have to take a shuttle bus and pay to get access to the private beach club. The restaurant downstairs was good and the communication with the owners was great. I do like how it’s on the same property as hard rock so you’re able to access their lobby and casino area. It’s affordable and it was clean so I would visit again.

This is a lovely place to stay. The apartments are new, well appointed and classy with a beautiful infinity pool outside your door. Located beside the golf course, it is quiet and distanced from the party racket of the Hard Rock zone. Parts of the complex are under construction, however, it does not detract from the comfort of the place. The best part of our stay was the delightful staff who manage all aspects of the stay. Nothing is overlooked, and they are welcoming and friendly. Elsa and Moreli make everything easy with their responsive care; better than a hotel concierge! The restaurant on site has good food choices (amazing ice-cream) and wonderful staff keen to test out their English! Pool side, it is relaxed and easy after a day exploring.Shout out to Marcus A for his smile and fabulous service. Would recommend this place for a relaxing and peaceful stay.

Pros: The Liason person at the front office Eliana Perez what’s definitely the biggest pro of my entire stay and probably of the complex as well She was very patient always available helpful in a multiple situations in terms of the unit is itself as well as getting around. A real joy to work with. Cons: complex complexes in the middle of a construction zone; the unit itself had many insects plus a safety deposit box did not work throughout to stay. Most of all was in the middle of nowhere within overall complex not close to anything. Overall hard rock complex was also in the middle of nowhere far away from the popular beaches from Punta, Cana, etc., etc. etc. I was so disappointed I left two days early

Puntacana apartment rental

The appears clean. However the power went out more than once in the two days. In addition not much communication between the cleaner and the manager, cleaner took the room key and had to call the manager who didn’t answer the phone but rather texts via WhatsApp hours later and we were left with no key eventually late in the evening we were able to get in. Beautiful apartment but I don’t understand how there’s no back up generator or power that part sucked, other than that it was nice

This is a lovely property and Elsa was a lovely host. I also engaged Franklin for some transport and he was very friendly, timely and an excellent driver. I was there for a multi-night concert at the Hard Rock and the location was perfect. Easy access to the venue and a quiet escape for my stay.

The pool outside was available until 11pm and a restaurant was next door in case you wanted to eat. The only con was it in a new development area, so a lot of construction nearby. We loved our time at Cana Brava Residences! Wendy and Elsa were awesome communicators from the moment we booked until the moment we left! The condo was new, warm and inviting! We stayed on the ground level overlooking Hard Rock Golf Course and the beautiful swimming pool. We swam everyday in the pool!! It was perfect! We were less than 100 steps from PizzArt Italian Restaurant, open from 8am to 11pm six days a week. It was delicious and Flori and Raquel were awesome servers!! We had access to two restaurants at Hard Rock that were within walking distance. Once we found a driver that could get us in an out of Cana Brava, transportation became stressless!! We golfed and did tours and had a great time in the area. It was quiet and relaxing!

Loved our stay at Cana Brava. Enjoyed how quiet it was being away from the craziness of the beach. Luckily the construction work around that building was halted for the holidays. Beds were pretty comfortable, lots of space in the place, kitchen was lacking a kitchen knife but had lots otherwise. Elsa was very helpful and attentive to our needs. The shuttle was convenient and free, although would rent a scooter next time to give us more freedom for when we wanted to go to the beach club! Beach club was very nice and it was great to be able to use the $70 towards food & water. Was a bit of a pain getting through security and tried to rent a car which was not worth it. We loved the cats around the building that would come visit and feed them on our first floor patio, they were cute and added some joy to our stay!
