Good location, poor condition.

Broken toilet seat, flooded shower room, poorly kempt bedrooms, bad housekeeping. I complained and fortunately the manager changed my room to a different one that didn’t have a broken toilet seat. However, I certainly won’t be staying at this hotel again. If I am to return to Sarajevo again, I will ensure I stay at a good hotel, this was possible one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. One positive though were the views from the bedrooms.

The sunset view from the hotel was lovely, but unfortunately, that was the only highlight. The room and bathroom were dirty, with hair from previous guests everywhere. The bed was uncomfortable, and the furniture and appliances were outdated. To make matters worse, the staff offered no help or assistance. Overall, a very disappointing stay.

The location is good, but the entrance to the hotel gave me an uneasy feeling. Nothing indicates that there is a hotel here. You have to take the elevator up to the 9th floor where the reception is. In my room, 104, there was a noise on and off that made it difficult to sleep. Many cafes in the area, old town in walking distance, and reliable pickup at the airport. But i will choose another hotel in the future.

Har tidigare besökt detta hotell ett flertal gånger, Gillar att det är så centralt vilket är smidigt. Dock kommer jag aldrig mer sätta min fot på detta hotell. Vi fick ett familjerum dock varken kuddar eller täckt för hela familjen. Bad om en extra kudde, med ett halvdåligt bemötande. Extrasängen var där en fjäder som gick rakt upp i ryggen.

Hotellet var sisådär, men utsikten var riktigt bra. Frukosten var inte så bra, det var dubbelrum med två sängar på 70 bred och min säng var riktigt mjuk och inte bra att sova i. Personalen var trevliga och servicen var bra, men 4 stjärnor på hotellet är det inte.

Pros: Perfect location and great view. Hotel staff was friendly. Cons: Toilet seat was broken and high. Rooms are only accessible with lift at 9th floor. I was worrying what if the lift was broken. Also incase of a fire Im not sure what would happen.

Sarajevo trip

The hotel is brilliantly placed, a maximum of 10 minutes walk from the old town. It one of the tallest buildings in the area so is easy to spot even if you're slightly lost. Be aware that the reception is on the 9th floor, accessible by lift but if your room is on the 2nd or 3rd floor then you only have stairs as there is no lift beyond the 9th floor. The restaurant terrace is a great place to enjoy a meal or a coffee and has great views of the city. This is a clean and comfortable hotel, well placed with friendly and helpful staff, i would definitely recommend. A big thanks to Alia on reception, she was super helpful and friendly and a real asset to the hotel.

Great location hotel opposite eternal flame. Very walkable to all the sights of Sarajevo. Would have been good to know that reception is on the 9th floor, I arrived after a long trip late at night to find nothing and no one at the front of the hotel so panic set in. Luckily a cleaner arrived to inform me. Room was basic, some dodgy wiring but nothing that puts me off. Views across Sarajevo were amazing - corner windows in my room and ones that stretched the length of the bathroom meant I had views of the mountains. Went up to the roof terrace - didn’t eat or drink there but looked pretty special. Overall really liked the hotel

Veldig fornøyd!

Bodde på hotellet i over en uke. Hotellet har en perfekt beliggenhet i gågata i Sarajevo, kort vei fra gamlebyen. Personalet er virkelig hyggelige og hjelpsomme og gjør alt de kan for at gjestene skal ha det bra. Frokosten er bra: En ferdig dandert askjett med omelett, pølse, flere typer skinker og oster, og friske grønnsaker. Brødet kan vært litt tørt og kjedelig. Mitt tom var lite, men praktisk. Rengjøringen kunne vært bedre. Etter 5 dager måtte jeg be om nytt sengetøy. Gulvteppet er ikke støvsugd i det hele tatt. Jeg tenker at dette må ses i lys av at landet er fattigere og mindre utviklet enn mange andre land i Europa. Landet har en spennende historie og natur og Sarajevo ligger i midten av det hele. Det er mange muligheter for dagsturer ut fra Sarajevo. Jeg brukte Funky Tours og er veldig fornøyd. Om jeg skal tilbake til Sarajevo vil jeg helt klart bo på samme stedet. God verdi for pengene!
