This place is fine but it’s not perfect and it could be with very easy changes. The most bizarre experience is that the water pressure is so strong the curtain is sucked in towards the wall of the shower itself. Me and my friends had to use shampoo bottles to keep it stuck to the tub while having a shower.
The other thing is a lack of basic necessities for example, the couch/futon was very small and uncomfortable along with one other bar style chair thats all there is for seating. The kitchen lacked basic cooking tools like a cutting board, or a cheese grater. It had an old worn out pan and some cooking knives that couldn't cut a tomato without sawing it like a piece of lumber.
The baseboards are scuffed up, theres loose outlets, weird operating door lock on the balcony, cheap worn out furniture and beds, loose cupboard doors, and a malfunctioning faucet.
With all that being said, it was a very simple check in process, the place was clean, it has a FANTASTIC view, everything you need is within walking distance, and there are several amazing restaurants close by too. Its also a safe building with 24/hr security at the front desk.
All in all i wouldn't say it was a bad experience, but with some very minimal effort and basic up keep i feel like it could be an even better stay.
