Bom hotel

A ideia da piscina privativa , frente mar e muito boa, porém o hotel deixa a desejar nos detalhes, a porta do box não fechava por completo, o cofre não funcionava, o acabemento da porta enganchava. Pegamos a suíte super luxo frente mar e a cama era casal (poderiam ter investido em uma queen) mais conforto. Coisas que ao meu ver para um hotel com o valor de diária cobrado, não poderia acontecer. A equipe tinha um atendimento muito bom, sempre solícitos e dispostos a ajudar. Acredito que tenha pecado nesses detalhes, que fazem a diferença para quem preza por qualidade.

Very nice hotel. The pool inside the room was clean and very nice. The room was clean and spacious. They could put some chairs in there. Breakfast was the highlight. The food was delicious and had a lot of options. The location is about 10 minutes walking to the center of town and right in front of the third beach. There were a lot of food options around as well as shopping places.

Bem localizada, o atendimento foi bom, dentro do esperado para o valor das diárias, porém a vista do quarto deixa muito muito a desejar. O quarto é baixo e a vista nao condiz com as fotos do site. conseguimos ver mais parede e telhado do que vista mar.

A localização é muito boa, logo no início da terceira praia, o que deixa mais silencioso, mas há 1 minuto da segunda praia haha onde tem tudo que você precisa. Ficamos nos quartos internos, sem janelas.. A parte de não ter janel incomoda um pouco, pois não tem como secar as peças que molhamos nas praias. O quarto é muito confortável e limpo. A cama é travesseiros muito bons!! Tem tv grande, o ar funciona super bem! Também trocavam as toalhas todos os dias (até porque, por não ter janela, elas não secam). Também oferecem toalhas para praia! O que realmente me incomodou: o cheiro da porta. Colocaram aquela madeira fedida que dá enjoo. Horrível!!! Pela estrutura do hotel, deveriam ter cuidado com isso. É realmente insuportável. Me surpreendeu negativamente que acabei tendo um mini acidente e precisava de bandaid ou gaze esparadrapo, o hotel não tem tem nem um kit básico de primeiros socorros. O mínimo do mínimo, não oferecem. O café da manhã é gostoso, oferecem omelete, crepe e tapioca feitos na hora também, só demora, muito. Alguns dias demoravam mais de 20-25min. De um modo geral, gostamos, porém precisam realizar melhorias para justificar o valor das diárias.

The staff at the front desk were amazing—very helpful and kind. They provided us with great tips on places to go out, which we appreciated. We had an incredible stay overall. Although we experienced a minor issue with the hot water in the shower, they resolved it quickly and were very nice about it. We had a wonderful time and would definitely consider returning!

Positiv: Großes geräumiges Zimmer, tolles Bad, sehr gutes Frühstück, nettes Personal, Lage super. Negativ: Check-In kompliziert und nur in portugiesisch , zig Angaben, Beruf usw Zimmer sehr laut, wir hatten Ap.106 direkt neben der Hoteleigenen Wäscherei. Die Maschinen laufen die ganze Nacht.

Hotel com uma ótima estrutra , as piscinas nas sacadas são excelentes. O quarto espaçoso, cama de boa qualidade porém a roupa de cama poderia ser de melhor qualidade O chuveiro estava pingando , e como eles são abertos dentro do quarto, incomodava. O café da manhã muito bom, a localização é muito boa , e a vista dos quartos são surreais.
