Dario and Katrina were fabulous hosts. They were knowledgeable of the area and were helpful with suggestions of places to eat and acquire things. They both made us feel welcome. We would definitely stay again. The 4 stars only represent a few foibles. A slow draining shower was noted rooms were a bit warm. The anti USA graffiti on the building across was a reminder of the state of world affairs

A Delightful Stay with Thoughtful Touches

I had a great stay at this hotel! The room was incredibly spacious and spotless, with everything feeling fresh and well-maintained. Located in a quiet area, it was peaceful at night but still conveniently close to everything in the neighborhood. The receptionist was absolutely lovely—friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. A delightful surprise at check-in was the complimentary biscuits—so delicious I almost asked for a second batch! And the free espresso in the morning was the perfect touch to start the day. I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great hospitality!

Great value accommodation walking distance to centre no problem at all. Very quiet area and quiet at night. Very comfortable room, basic but has all you would need. Some people mentioned a breakfast, but to clarify there isn't a breakfast in this accommodation.

This hotel was amazing! By far, the best hotel we stayed in Italy. Everything was very clean and even the rooms smelled good. All the staff/concierge were very helpful, friendly, and professional. We wanted to stay longer! The staff was able to recommend and reserve restaurants for us. When we needed anything extra, the staff was able to accommodate. We had to skip breakfast and the staff still gave us a “to-go” breakfast. There are cute reading areas and garden areas throughout the property. There is an elevator. The room we stayed in was stunning and very comfortable. Next time we are in Florence, we will be staying here again! 12/10!

Loved my room and the location was good. Super noisy every night from the street and the last morning a service truck ran its engine non stop from 5-7:30am outside my window. No breakfast or coffee but some are nearby. Staff was helpful.

I had the most fabulous stay here! From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff treated me with so much kindness! it truly shows how much they care about their guests. Dario, in particular, was absolutely incredible and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The room was impeccably clean, comfortable, and made me feel right at home. The location couldn’t be better! nothing was more than a short 15–20 minute walk away, and our favorite spots were all close by, with bus stops conveniently nearby as well. I honestly wouldn’t stay anywhere else if I come back to Florence. This place is a gem!

Llegue se noche a la ciudad y marcaban en la aplicación como habitaciones disponibles, hice mi compra y el hotel acepto, cuando llegue nadie me abrio y jamas respondieron el mumeeo de WhatsApp ni email para decirme con intresar, me dejaron sin hospedaje, asi que no renten con ellos nadie responde una vez que haces el pago y como somos turistas te roban tu dinero ya que aceptan la reserva y luego nadie te atiende, la ubicación es en centro de Florencia imposible estacionar p circular en esa área, no reserves aquí no es de confianza se robaron mi dinero
