The hotel is in a great location. Nice spacious rooms and bathroom. Clean. But the best thing is the staff. Super helpful and go above and beyond. The atm opp the hotel took my debit card and the staff did everything they cpuld to help me retrieve it. Thank you!

Nice hotel just off the main square. Be prepared that taxi can not park outside. Lovely room hot water clean quiet chocolates and good breakfast. 2 night stay to go to lake titicaca would recommend.

Great stay at Tierra Viva

Our stay was very good. Room was fine (shower booth is open style and water tends to spray out of the booth) but everything else was great and the Internet was strong. Best part was staff. Both the night and day front desk staff were friendly and helpful and when my wife was feeling altitude sickness n the morning, she gave oxygen, altitude sickness tablets and a special smelling oil to help. Excellent service!

This was without a doubt, the most fantastic hotel stay I’ve ever had. It was my birthday, and the hotel BOUGHT ME A CAKE!! It was absolutely amazing. I can’t thank the staff enough. They helped us print visa documents; they let us check in VERY early and did I mention they BOUGHT ME A CAKE?! Everything was amazing. I’d return to Peru for vacation just to stay here. Just stay here if you’re in Puno. The staff are wonderful.

Tierra Viva Puno Plaza Plaza is an outstanding hotel that I highly recommend. The hotel staff is welcoming and helpful. The room was very comfortable (the bed has nice linens, the bathrooms are well supplied, large tv, and windows that open). When I returned to my room in the evening the bed was turned down (chocolate on the pillow). and the heater was turned on to warm up the room). At check-in, you will be provided a breakfast menu (you are given ample choices). You pick the time you would like to be served in the dining area. The breakfast was well-prepared and delicious. You will enjoy your stay Tierra Viva Puno Plaza.

Stort og fint værelse. Meget venligt personale. Vi havde bl.a. brug for en læge pga mistanke om lungebetændelse pga hoste. Han kom hurtigt og med alskens apparatur (kunne heldigvis fortælle det blot var forkølelse). Efterfølgende spurgte personalet flere gange meget empatisk, om jeg var ok. Kom også hurtigt med to enkeltdyner i stedet for en stor dobbeltdyne, da vi spurgte om det. Vi boede på 4. sal, og havde altid dejligt varmt vand i bruseren. Morgenmaden var fin, selvom jeg pga af højderne næsten ingen appetit havde. Man kunne på bestilling få diverse varmt samt friskpressede juicer uden ekstra beregning. Hotellet ligger meget tæt på både gågade, katedralen og en anden stor plads. Virkelig godt af et trestjernet hotel at være.

Vi bodde på to ulike Tierra Viva-hoteller i Peru, og var veldig godt fornøyde med både dette i Puno og hotellet i Meriburu i Miraflores i Lima. God service med et smil, gode senger i bra størrelse rom (vi bodde på Superior rom). Kaffe og te på rommet og minibar. Dette hotellet er et utmerket valg. Vi kommer garantert tilbake neste gang vi reiser til Peru
