Good location and worth for money.

Checkin could be better. Already checked in online previous evening but still had to call when tried to do it in the automatic checking screen. Got the key to the room but room was not ready. Minor incovenience as the cleaning ladys were very nice and cleaned the room in 15 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised on cleanliness of the room and has basic items for your needs. Note that rooms are very small, even if I booked the comfort room which was a bit bigger than the cheapest. No AC and small room gets very warm in the summer. Luckily there was a small fan provided. Good for solo traveller and will come again.

We had not been informed in advance that there was no staff at the hotel, check in took a long time (several messages that the app was being used by another application) also no parking close, the access to the hotel parking might be easy to drive in- but it has to be processed on top of the check in procedure. No breakfast - there is a lounge which says Breakfast from 7-10.30 . . . but the door is locked . . We didnt see any staff at any time (but we didnt come for that!) the beds were made while we were out, so no complaint. Some possibilities close to dine

It was ok, reasonably affordable in Frankfurt. I didn't like having to fill in my details 4 times. 1) booking, 2) follow up questionnaire, 3) on arrival (surely the purpose of the follow up questionnaire) and then 4) to book in to make a separate booking for car parking. Car parking very very tight in an estate car, but good to have had the option to park securely off street.

Praktisch, preiswert und in Ordnung - mehr nicht. Andere Gäste waren in den meisten Nächten ziemlich laut; Laute Konversationen, Türen nachts um 1 zufallen lassen. Eine Nacht ging der Feueralarm, weil wohl jemand in seinem Zimmer geraucht hat.

Das Zimmer war dreckig, das Bett hatte einige sichtbare Macken. Das Personal war irgendwie meist nicht zu finden und unprofessionell (sie waren wohl auch unterbesetzt?). Und man wurde zu früh aus dem Zimmer geschickt, ca. eine halbe Stunde. An sich war das Zimmer auch sehr klein, es gab keine Annehmlichkeiten, wie Wasser oder Kernseife, wie man es üblicherweise kennt, lediglich 1 in 3 Schampoo und Handseife gab es. Wer günstig sein möchte, gut. Aber es gibt dafür halt nur das Mindeste....

Check-in war schlecht. Ich habe den Online Meldeschein für das Hotel ausgefüllt und muss wieder das beim Check-in Maschine machen. Nach 16 Uhr gab es keinen Mensch beim Rezeption Schalter.

Wir haben ein Zimmer mit Doppelbett gebucht. Zwei aneinander gestellte Einzelbetten sind KEIN Doppelbett. Der Check-In Automat hat mich meine letzten Nerven gekostet. Es ist traurig das die Rezeptionen immer weniger besetzt sind. Hier kommen wir sicher nicht wieder her.

The hotel was very good for the price we paid. The rooms are comfortable and clean. It´s located in a very central area, with easy access to subway. There are lots of restarurants around the area at 10 min walks. Don´t expect too much service in the frontdesk because there is personal only for a few hours a day. We arrived at night so we had to make check in in a machine, but there was no problem at all. Breakfast is very basic, they serve coffe, boiled eggs, fruit and bread. At the end, if you are not expecting too much luxury but rather an easy and comfortable stay, it is a very good option.

Der Check-in per Automat war etwas mühsam, da das Gerät sehr langsam ist und man alle Daten, die man bereits vorher Online in Meldeschein angegeben hat nochmal eingeben muss (u.a. Adresse und Passnummer). Das Zimmer war okay, aber nicht vollständig sauber. Auf dem Boden lag noch Glitter und im Müll die Zahnbürste des letzten Gastes.

Wie zu erwarten nichts Besonderes. Die Zimmer sind für eine Nacht völlig in Ordnung. Leider hatten wir große Probleme mit dem Check in der nur über einen Automat erfolgt ist, da kein Personal vorhanden war. Dieser Automat war so langsam, sodass wir 30 Minuten gebraucht haben unsere Zimmerkarte zu erhalten und einen Parkplatz zu buchen, da wir alle unseren persönlichen Daten zum wiederholten Male eingeben mussten. Es gab nur einen Automat der ewig gebraucht hat, was zu einer Schlange geführt hat, da mehrere Leute einchecken wollten. Das war echt unmöglich sowas hab ich noch nicht erlebt. Die Betten sind in Ordnung. Das Hotel ist nur leider sehr laut. Man hört die Türen überall nachts knallen, da diese so „schwer“ sind und die Wände sind sehr dünn. Hatten daher nur einen leichten Schlaf. Fazit: für eine Nacht okay aber man kann nicht viel erwarten.
