This is an inexpensive place to stay in Dijon. The location is not bad. The Cite, the tram, the train station and the Botanical Gardens are all very close. The hotel and rooms are not much to be proud of. The people are nice enough.

Good but some unfortunate water damage this visit

The hotel staff and location were excellent. However, on our visit there had been a flood in the underground car park which was deep enough for my wife to change her socks after walking through the standing water! Also, the wall in our 6th floor room had signs of water damage which was unpleasant. The breakfast seemed expensive at €16 per adult so we walked 2 mins to the Le Moulin boulanger and bought pastries for our family of 4 and 2 coffees, which were absolutely delicious!

We arrived to find a run down building that looked like low income housing that has not been kept up. It is in a terrible location. We couldn’t find a place to park. The phone number didn’t work and we got no response when we tried to communicate through the website. We never even got to walk in the door. Also it was prepaid so we had to pay for another hotel.

J’ai séjourné dans cet hôtel hier et je tiens à exprimer ma déception quant à la qualité de l’accueil. Le sourire semble inexistant, aussi bien à la réception qu’au petit déjeuner. Mention particulière à la serveuse du matin, désagréable et sans aucun sens du service ou de l’hospitalité — une attitude froide, presque agacée, qui donne vraiment une mauvaise impression pour commencer la journée. C’est dommage, car l’établissement pourrait être agréable, mais le manque total de convivialité et de professionnalisme du personnel gâche complètement le séjour. Je n’y retournerai pas et je ne recommande pas cet hôtel tant qu’un vrai effort d’accueil et de formation du personnel n’aura pas été fait.

Excellent accommodation perfectly situated for a short walk into the city centre. Highly recommend. Couldn't get my car with roof box into the garage - 2m max - but parking on the road outside very easy and cheap.
