I thought the room was good for the price paid and included a full size fridge and microwave. Additional kitchen items could have been rented for $50 returnable fee which we didn't need. I do wish that more toiletries were provided since I forgot to pack some and only 2 bars of soap were in the room. The towels weren't the greatest either but worked since we didn't stay too long.

This property was extremely disappointing. There were bugs everywhere in the room, making the stay uncomfortable and unhygienic. This level of cleanliness is unacceptable, and I strongly advise potential guests to look elsewhere.

The stairwell smell like urine.. there was two roaches in my room The Indian lady who worked in the front didn’t want to give me extra towels.. the phones didn’t works And i paid for the kitchenette on Expedia when i got to the room it wasn’t in there when i asked about it i was told i had to pay for it..

The front staff was very professional and kind.. she was helpful and our room was very clean. AC was cold.. only thing we didn’t like was that there was limited parking. Didn’t feel safe leaving my car way in the back with minimal lighting.. this would be my only thing I didn’t like about this place. I would definitely stay again!

Received a call four hours before check in asking if I was going keep my reservation. I told them yes. When I arrived I was told that they were overbooked and that it was Expedia’s. They want to give me a smaller room instead of the suite I reserved. Took over an hour to check in and the clerk would stop to help other customers. The manager refused to come take care of us. The room they gave us had no tv, all electric outlets did not work. Very dirty rooms.

Had I known how old and nasty this place was and I could have gotten my money back I would have. The front desk employees were nice, though. No amenities except bar of soap. No hot water in shower. Some man’s underwear in stairwell. Trash on floor. Food from previous guest was still in fridge. In middle of night someone tried to break in my door. He hit it several times so hard it near knocked the extra clasp on door off. Called front desk and she laughed and said Oh he just has the wrong room.

Parking was difficult in the extreme..most of the ride share drivers either got lost trying to pick me up or made me get out at a gas station nearby and walk to the hotel. The pool was no longer usable and I was placed in the back of the property with and easily scaled fence. People hanging outside the rooms at all hours lighting was dim,the AC unit was actually crooked, but the shower broke me. The shower lever spun free without the water turning on and when it did catch you had no clue what temp the water was til it burned you. One night? Maybe but I had booked for 6 so I left as soon as I found anywhere else. Staff was understanding and didn't debate the state of the room. Even told me how to apply for the refund right there so they could approve it. I can appreciate the accountability shown there. This was the most motel 6 motel 6 I was ever in and won't return to any of them now
