Room cleaning staff was so amazing. He is the best at this hotel. But laundry service was the worst ever. Every clothes were made dirtier by someone. Almost restaurant staff were good, but a staff, he lost my order and almost customer’s order. Everyone got upset.

Taxi scams and zero cleaning efforts

I was here for 14 days. If you want a to read a complete review from someone experiencing everything look no further: Overall this stay was a 1 star out of 5 and for PLENTY of reasons. - I asked repeatedly for the staff to remind the non-english speaking cleaning staff to remove the water bottles from my room (since I've drunk the water). That was not done even remotely for 14 days. - Floor wasn't washed by the cleaning staff expect for once. They often forgot things like refilling toiletries. Liquid hand soap was not refilled for 14 days even upon request. Shower gel was refilled once 1/4 of the bottle. Cleaning staff never checked EITHER for 14 days. You have to be really adamant about LOCAL TAXI otherwise the staff calls over their friend for "limosine" with is about 75% mark up in price. SCAM. Lobby converts into loud party every evening completely unbearable I had to literally time me going out for food with when the lobby would be filled. Staff at the pool started asking for my room number when I wanted to sit there. I did not feel welcome there. Staff forgot to bring ice to my room and staff called at 5 pm to check if "all is good"... I was sleeping I had to get up for my flight. I ask them if there's the scheduled wake up call for 5:15, I guess they forgot to write it down because it wasn't in the book. I ended up forgetting for about 150 dollars of things due to the water bottle problem. No email, no nothing that they've found my things. Wow. Stay away!

We got a suite. It was not cleaned. The soap in the second washroom was empty during our entire stay. The floors had a film on it so you could not walk barefoot. We stayed for 2 nights and they did not clean our room at all, and did not replenish the water or coffee/tea. I was really disappointed in the whole experience. Even check-in was a hassle because there was absolutely no mention of needing your passport at check in during booking, confirmation AND the email they sent two days before check-in. The ONLY good thing was the coffee bar and the guy who made coffee in the morning. But the hotel experience was extremely poor and I would never stay here again. Even the lighting in the room was dank. It was just no good.
