Hairdryer did not work. Hallways and carpet were unclean. Neighboring room had tv on at loud volume early in the morning (4am) til late at night (past 22:30 pm) - felt like I was watching the show, could make out the audio.

Don’t believe the pictures

As we pulled into the driveway I thought the hotel was an abandoned building until we rounded the corner and saw cars. The smell of the place was like fish sticks left on a dashboard on a hot day. The guy at the desk was nice and helpful. The room was gross. No shower curtain! And it looked like they tried to paint the tub. Beds weren’t and I don’t think I caught any bedbugs, so there is that.

Poor

The hot tub was out of order, the gym area was poorly maintained, the AC in the room was missing its buttons, the tv screen was cracked and a large black mark blurred the view. Large cracks and pieces missing from the tub, so I didn’t dare take a shower out of fear of accidentally cutting my feet. Pubic hairs around the sink when we checked in. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone unless they were renting by the hour.

Do not stay here!!!!!!!!!

We arrived at about 8pm. At check in the women seemed completely bothered that we were trying to check in and that she had to put her face time call on hold. Not your typical check in greeting. We then made our way to the elevator, got on, it was so dirty and appeared to be being held together with duck tape. We got to our room with hopes it was time to relax to be greeting with a gnarly stench. The room felt moist and we immediately began to feel itchy. There were bugs crawling around which we looked up and found to be book lice. Book lice tend to be found in damp moldy places. I contemplated taking the 3 hour trek home hard but we were all so exhausted. The bathroom was disgusting as well as the curtains. When we check out another group ride the elevator with us and headed straight to the desk to let them know they found roaches. The health inspector needs to check this place out. It is disgusting.

Lipstick on a pig

This place is awful. Rust, mold, a literal disposable floss pick holding up the shower curtain rod. Hair dryer literally falling apart, no microwave, no mini fridge, no little coffee maker. TV plugs into an extension from the socket on the base of the lamp on the table for a lovely effect of dangling cords across the wall. When asking the front desk after check-in about the lacking amenities, the staff told me "if the room has it, then it does. If not, then it doesn't." Well, thanks. I wanted to come down from the 4th floor to make a bag of popcorn in the lobby while the couple on the lobby couch keeps making what look like drug deals with random cars coming and going in the parking lot. Stayed here once before during the remodel and it wasn't so bad. Apparently all that work was lipstick on a pig. It will only allow for 8 images to be uploaded, but I've got plenty more photographic mementos from this shitshow.

NOT safe, clean or comfortable!

The photos here are NOT representative of the facility. Mostly the issue is that this is a very old building that has had some fresh(ish) paint and carpet, and is located where there are lots of loitering/unhoused folks, and also a bar/lounge that contributed some additional random drunk folks roaming about trying to strike up conversation etc. There’s a ‘ballroom’ facility attached which meant lots of additional people wandering around…but the event underway when I was there required an armed police officer in the parking area near the ballroom. You might think that is the bad part…but when we got to the room, it was dirty. Floor unvacuumed, window sills caked with dust and paint chips, bathroom dirty. I didn’t bother checking the sheets because of the ruckus/domestic violence incident two rooms down Other guests exited their room when they heard us in the hallway and reported that it was ongoing for at least 1/2 hour and let us know they were worried for the woman in the room and also worried to report it! That tipped the scales and we left. We are experienced travelers and are not snobby - we just wanted a basic place to sleep that was clean and safe; this was neither.

Low mid tier hotel

While the staff was beyond nice it doesn't make up for what this hotel was lacking. First off, the walls? Paper thin. We could hear anything going on all around us, we got woken up by 2 dogs at 9 am. Second, bugs would pop out of seemingly nowhere. Lastly the shower, the head of the shower looked ready to fall off at any given moment and there was no hot water for only the shower. If I was staying longer I would've checked out and tried to stay somewhere else, we tried to be out of the room for as long as we could.

Not a good stay

Everything was just OK. Hard to find a parking space when I came back. Elevators not working - my wife is handicapped and had to go up 4 flights. In the morning stillnot working. Breakfast sucks - no juice just cereal and packaged buns

I have tons of pictures of my room. It’s disgusting. The only great thing was the guy that worked at the front desk. He was so sweet. He actually stand out like he’s the one good thing about the building. He greeted me in and he greeted me out he was so sweet so nice. Asked me if I wanted anything before I went to bed and asked me if I wanted anything before I left he apologized over and over again about my stinky room my rundown bathroom, my bed that wasn’t made my blankets and sheets that were hanging on the floor. I was so scared to even use the bathroom because the shower curtain was hanging off. I was in room 421. It’s totally disgusting it smelt the AC didn’t work. It was so hot that day. It was just really really even if I paid $20. It was too much but the guy at the front he had a nice demeanor, but it doesn’t make up for everything else. The floor is dirty the bathroom the toilet was so dirty and had some sticky stuff all over it. It was just purely absolutely disgusting. I don’t know if they say they clean it and they don’t but it looks like it wasn’t cleaned for weeks. I’m not trying to be rude. I’m just being honest and I have pictures to back me up. They shouldn’t treat people like that who come from out of state come in late and have no choice, but to stay in that Room Totally totally disappointed. Nothing like the pictures.
