Bug

The rooms were adequate. As we were preparing to leave we noticed a large bug crawling on the fridge. We killed it and left it on the floor.

Damp & Stale Room

I booked the room for one night to go to a high school football game. The lobby smell like mothballs which should’ve been my first sign. The bathroom was dirty and had what I’d call the “handyman special” paint and reno attempt. It was damp and stale when I got into the room. I went to Publix to get an air sanitizer hoping by the time the game was over it would be better. It wasn’t. I checked out and drove a couple hours home.

Nice stay for the price.

Our experience was a good one. We lacked an ironing board and coffee maker in the room but we were good. The room was clean but the towels could have been better. It would have been nice if there was nook to hang our clothes other than hanging them in the restroom. Overall we had a good stay. Breakfast was nice.

Rooms were never serviced at all while we were there, ran out of toilet paper. Only had two towels and two wash cloths to use over 4 days. Nobody even asked of we needed anything. Good price but service sucked!

The room smelled like smoke. There were no pillow cases on the pillows and they were sitting on a chair in the room. We had to go back to the front desk to ask for pillow cases. When we walked in the room the floor was sticky and dirty. The bathroom was dirty and hair was all over the tub and floor and sink as if the bathroom wasn’t even cleaned. It seemed as if the room was being cleaned and someone walked out in the middle of cleaning and never came back. The front desk man was nice though.

So so stay

The clerk that checked us in was fantastic, the problem was with Hotels.com. Room was small but nice. Comfortable bed. Something kept banging loudly that kept us up most of the night. Breakfast was terrible. We were there at 615. No eggs were being served, half cooked sausage and tater tots. No decaffeinated coffee. 2 cockroaches ran down the wall!

lacks cleanliness - noisy without ear plugs

Well lit property. Old style hotel where your parking spots are sometimes right in front of your hotel window (first floor of course) Which worked well for me for keeping an eye on my vehicle and for taking items in and out of the room. Queen bed was very comfortable and not too firm or too squishy. The bed comforter had some questionable stains on it when looking at the bed and has probably not been cleaned very often since it started being used in this room. I immediately took off the comforter put it on the floor and then set up my own bedding from my house that I traveled with for this exact purpose. Spacious room. Shower lacks any type of soap holder/shampoo holder. You have to try and balance your items on the rim of the tub that you are showering in, irritating. The floors are not being cleaned in the bathroom "wall-to-wall". Dead crusty lizard behind toilet, edges of the floor had build up of dust/etc. Room has a air freshener being pumped into it from some source as it is very strong and noticeable upon entry. Showers are hot but shower head was not spraying well(semi-clogged) due to hard water build up or age of the head or both. Wear socks while in room as I did and they ended up black on the bottom from the filthy carpet. I removed the washable filters from the a.c.unit to find them filthy and took them to the shower to rinse them out for better/cleaner air to breathe.Pet friendly property so barking may be an issue for you. MGMT appreciated the feedback.
