Do Not Stay Here!
15-minutes before arriving at the hotel, they called to say the handicapped room I reserved was unavailable. I could not understand much after that as I was driving. Told them Iโd come there and discuss. Upon arrival was told the room type I requested was no longer available. They said theyโd give me a different type room but I told them that since both my wife and I are disabled we require a handicap room. They said no other option available and no other rooms available. I requested they contact a sister property to see if any other rooms were available. Desk clerk refused. I then requested my money be refunded. Again he refused. At this time he was becoming belligerent. After arguing with him for over 45-minutes and demanding he call his manager, his manager told him to give us a room. Miraculously, a handicapped room in a supposedly full hotel became available. We stayed reluctantly, but I can tell you I will never stay with property again, nor this chain ever again. If this is how they treat their customers in this day and time, I suggest no one else ever do business with them either. Really poor experience.
