It was a busy weekend and I think the cleanliness suffered because of that. There was trash under the pull out bed that made me question if it was ever cleaned. There was a spill at breakfast, that happens, but the attendant walked through it instead of trying to clean it up. While the morning cleaning crew was starting their rounds they walked right by the pair of underwear that were on the floor. We were also next to a room that was very loud and we were unable to sleep. After calling the desk several times to no answer I resorted to talking the room myself and was met with attitude. I think they knew service was down because upon checkout they did not even ask how the stay was.

No tv signal..earlier or later when i got back to my room..no one was at the desk even when calling them. Breakfast was poor. I have stayed at a few Hyatt hotel before.. This one was the worst.. I would give it a #2

Outdated but sufficient for overnight stay

The rooms were very outdated. Didnt even have comforter or a set of sheets for the pull out couch that we decided not to use it as such. If youre there just to lodge for the night this is perfect but for several days not so much. The space is good for big families but be prepared the breakfast isnt good, the hallways smell mold-y and even the elevator smelled like urine. Very outdated and pictures are no where close to that. It was okay.

Friendly Staff, Horrible Hotel!

This hotel is gross. Do NOT stay here. The Staff were friendly and tried their best to accommodate our issues- but this is just NOT worth the money! Upon check in we were Locked out of our room due to a bad lock on our door Multiple times. We had to go down 7-8 times to get it fixed causing us to be late to the very event we were there for. My kids had to sleep in the hallway for almost 30 mins waiting for help to unlock our door after returning from an event at night & we couldn't get in our room. There was Mold all in the shower where they’d replaced glass with a shower curtain in the frame, a roach crawled across the floor, breakfast was limited options and I saw the lady take hot food and whatever spilled on the warmer/table she put it right back in the pot. There was grape juice all over the lobby floor one night, the next morning it was still there. Cigar on the floor in the lobby. Water with lemon was empty & just sat empty all day. Broken elevator, and my back hurt so bad after laying in the bed. Never again!

This is not the place ….. keep scrolling

This hotel has gone downhill fast. The photos are inconsistent with current conditions. There is no bar service in the lobby the carpets were gross, I wouldn’t take my shoes off in the room. The room smelled of damp air and the breakfast was completely disgusting. I stayed here just over a year ago and it was very nice. Must be new management or something.
