Cold Showers for a Week

Spent an entire week taking cold showers. Was told everyday for seven, straight days, “should be fixed tomorrow or the next day”. Staff was spotty answering the phones. Our company will not be staying here again.

overall very good to excellent. One negative aspect. The pillows were hard. I did not find comfort for sleeping; I got a crook in my neck for the 3 days I slept there. Get better pillows.

The staff were great! Professional and courteous. As for the room the beds were comfortable but the carpet needed cleaning, chair in room was soiled and bathroom was old and mildew corners, paint peeling. Owner of the property needs to renovate or deep clean room. It’s not housekeeping fault it’s the owners.

Would not recommend this hotel

Upon arrival the room was decorated in worn out & broken furniture Coffee was available without any sugar, cream & no cups. The next day we had no towels. Apparently they only take the trash out, make the bed, & remove the dirty towels without any replacement. Overall the whole place was shabby at best.

The court yard view was terrible and nasty the pool was green with standing water the bricks was dirty oit by the pool landscape was awful we couldn't find another room because of the bog blues concert never ever again will i stay or recommend this place to anyone weekend ruined

Not a great stay.

The hotel is older and overpriced for the accommodations offered. Our bed didn’t even have a comforter on it but our sons did. Room didn’t have a microwave and the restaurant was closed on Saturday morning because the staff didn’t show up so there were no breakfast options at all on Saturday. They did give us breakfast on Sunday but I wouldn’t stay here again. We stayed a few miles away in another hotel on Sunday that was very clean and provided all services listed.

The swimming pool was closed. There was no breakfast as advertised. There was no cable TV. This was absolutely the worst Marriott I have stayed in. I will cancel my next Marriott stay for later this week to show my total displeasure. Furniture was worn. No free coffee in the lobby. Do NOT stay here. Lower than the worst Motel 6.

The hotel is run down and old. Dirty carpets. We had to spend one night with no air conditioning before being moved to a new room with air conditioning. We were not told when we checked in that rooms would be cleaned only on request. I have stayed in many Marriott Courtyard and if the sign wasn't a Marriott you would never know by the staff treatment and the condition of the hotel. Terrible experience.

The lady behind the counter was very sweet but seemed to be the only person working there and had a lot going on. The room did not seem very clean. My socks were black from the dirt in the carpet. The room was humid to the point of everything feeling wet. The bathroom door didn't close because the door could not physically move past the toilet where it was positioned.

This property is way below the standard of the Marriott! The minute you hit the door it is musty smelling. When I arrived in my room I found mold in the bathroom and on the walls. the nightstand looked like someone scraped the finish off of it. The light about the sink worked half the time! There was no microwave in the room as the ad said. The air conditioner sounded like an electric saw was running. When I reported it to the staff that I did not have a microwave as stated in the ad and I was told they do not know what rooms have microwaves and which ones do not and they are under new management. The ice machine was not in working order. When I checked out they could not even give me a receipt because the computers were not working. I ask when my 50 dollars would be back on my account that they were holding for incidentals! I stay at Mariotts all the time and this was like walking into an old Super 8. I will think twice about Mariott again! I have tried Hiltons and they are as nice as Mariott. The ad also stated that the balcony was over looking a well landscaped area. My room overlooked a parking lot and next door was a factory. No free breakfast like everyone else either.

Dishonored and shamed by Property

I was traveling do to conference august 18-20. I prepaid in advance 2 rooms. 1 rm i had to pay at property. They mixed the payments around as if i did not pay and had 1 of my prepaid locked out room for non payment. I had to leave my mic in the middle of speaking. The dishonor and disgrace of what they did. I showed my receipt in which the guy marcus figured out what the manager could not. They even pulled in the 2nd prepaid room in the coversation. calling them asking questions. They tried to swipe my card numerous times although i had prepaid for the room. All day during my conference i had to deal with this. Marcus realize she looked at computer wrong is why she didn't see prepaid. She charge the room extra in which he had to reach out to his authority to change what she put on. Email they sent was to make her look as if she figure it out but she wasn't the one. it was a worker lower than her. I am offended to look this way. My conference was at embassy. I should have had my conference there. I am hurt by the whole thing. the shame they placed on our stay. the lady even made mention i didn't pay my stay at property. It was an insult to be at that property

UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF!! DONT STAY HERE!

I have stayed at Marriott properties MANY times over the last 10years…and I HAVE NEVER experienced such terrible customer service. In fact, I prefer Marriott properties, because of its stellar service. But this location is NOT upholding the Marriott standard. I called the day of my reservation to tell front desk rep Cindy that I had an emergency and couldnt make it for the day of check in. I asked her NOT to cancel my reservation, as I would be there the next day. She assured me that I wouldnt lose my reservation and would NOT be marked as a no show. I arrived the next day and front desk rep Sherry said I was marked as a no show and that theres nothing she could do. She suggested I pay for another reservation! Unacceptable. I asked to speak to a mngr, she called the mngr on the phone who acknowledged that it wasnt my fault, however there was nothing they could do. I asked them if they would comp a room for the night, since Ive already paid. They said no. When I asked for Marriotts corporate number, they said “we dont have Marriotts number here” you mean to tell me, you’re operating a corporate location, managing staff, inventory, & business admin, but you DONT have a corporate number for guests to call?! I filed an official complaint with Marriott after googling the number. DONT STAY HERE! Read the reviews…apparently Iam not the only one who have been mistreated here. Avoid this place like the plague!!!
