For start the reception staff was rude and poorly organised. The breakfast was €18 per person per night so 2 of us saying for 3 nights €108 was dam expensive. The air conditioning in room was not cold and windows did not open and bed was hard but had soft pillow which ment we had to sleep ontop of duvet for comfort and so was not too hot. All in all would not stay here again.

Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Bett hatte schon eine Mulde und bei genauerem Blick unterhalb des Bettes sind schon Holzbretter runter gebrochen. Der Spot beim Eingang ins Zimmer hat geflackert. Man kann kein Fenster öffnen. Es war alles sauber. Die Lobby und das Restaurant ist wiederum top und möglicherweise renoviert worden.

NOT my idea of an airport hotel! No free shuttle service to and from the airport, transportation via contracted service is infrequent and doesn't operate on weekends and costs 8 euros. One would be better off staying in the city and taking the metro directly in to the airport, Linate.

Stayed with my family for 4 nights. I liked most things about the property except internet. The internet is so slow that I had to hotspot data from my cell phone to get work done. You cannot even stream YouTube videos which is a challenge for people travelling with kids. The internet is simply unacceptable for 2025 standards. I hope the management will improve internet quality.

Stay wasn’t brilliant, couldn’t sleep as thr couple next door was having intercourse at 2am in the morning, the walls are thin so can hear everything Sunday morning buffet breakfast as just cold so didn’t eat. It cost me €18 for which they offered me Monday breakfast for free

Ho prenotato una suite, che si è rivelata spaziosa, bagno pulito e letto comodo; peccato per il personale non sempre molto gentile, sia alla reception che nella sala ristorante. In due giorni di soggiorno mi sono sentita dare più volte delle risposte piuttosto scortesi e nervose, a delle richieste normalissime ed educate, tipo se avessi potuto avere un caffè macchiato a fine cena o a che ora avrei potuto fare il check in della stanza. Al check out mi hanno addebitato per errore l'importo della camera che avevo già pagato alla prenotazione, e in questo caso, di fronte ad un loro errore, sono stati gentili e mi hanno promesso la risoluzione del problema in qualche giorno. Un riconoscimento particolare alla signorina Laura in turno durante le colazioni, estremamente gentile, attenta ai bisogni del cliente e molto efficiente.. Se tutto il resto del personale fosse altrettanto professionale, e all'altezza delle 4 stelle, sarebbe un albergo in cui consiglierei di pernottare.
