My wife and I recently stayed here, and overall our experience was mixed. The hotel no longer serves breakfast and the fitness room has been removed — both of which are still advertised on the app and their website, which was disappointing. The television quality was awful, and the elevator felt unsafe and outdated.
On a positive note, some of the staff members were very friendly and welcoming. However, on the morning of checkout, we overheard several housekeepers gossiping about guests, which felt unprofessional.
The location is convenient and close to many restaurants and local spots, and our room itself was comfortable enough for what we paid. We weren’t expecting a luxury stay, but it would’ve been nice if the advertised amenities matched what was actually available.
Also, we were a bit confused about paying extra for a “non-smoking” room since the entire hotel is non-smoking anyway.
In short — you get what you pay for. It’s an okay place for a short stay, but definitely some improvements are needed to match the listing and make the experience more consistent.
