Prime location on the Sheikh Zayed Road. Close to downtown with access to 2 metro stations. Room seemed a bit old. Needs an update Hotel staff were friendly and the service and hospitality was amazing.

Staff were brilliant, couldn’t do enough to help. Breakfast was more than adequate with a good choice of hot and cold buffet. Although the hotel and our room was clean, it would have benefited from some refurbishment. Handy for downtown Dubai and the metro station taking you to other must see areas. On the whole enjoyable stay and would stay again.

Service, personal are good. Some things can improve like ceilings. There is a noise outside and airco didnt work as expexted when you want it on 22. Location is close to walk bridge towards metro and dubai mall.
