"Staff was exceptionally helpful and so kind. We got late checkout… much appreciated. There were some things they didn’t know, like how to find a good driver at a good price; they did find us a driver and we neglected to check prices. Lesson learned! We found another one on an app.; shared his information with the hotel. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable, all huge assets. Breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious, including omelets cooked to order, fresh fruit and vegetables, and local dishes. Be aware that there is no fitness center or laundry facilities. Apparently the villas have laundry but it is unclear on the hotels.com site. The spa does not do massage for men, so I waited until we could both get massages elsewhere. Overall, we had a comfortable and relaxing stay. "
"Everything was so beautiful and breathtaking from arrival to checkout i can't think of any negative memories upon arrival was upgraded to a ocean view room the staff were so helpful the rooms were so nice and big with 2 queen beds beautiful and charming views from balcony we went half board food was absolutely amazing
Would like to to massive thank you to hasan the guy who bought our luggage to room the front desk staff who upgraded us hopefully can't wait for us to return back "
