"The property was a very grand resort. Our room had a beautiful view and there was a large pool and beach area to walk around. Many shops and places to eat on the resort as well. It’s a little difficult to get to since it’s set next to the ocean so you do need a car to get here as I’m not sure about shuttle services. Staff was friendly and kind. Beautiful stay overall!"

There is no schedule on when the beach will open too and the staff don’t even know. So now you’re limited to the pool which is amazing.
At least put a notice on your hotel site that your beach equipment is not available until the beach opens.
Consider other properties like ANA Intercontinental, Grand Mercure. "

The laundry facilities are convenient but the dryers are not great and we ended up having to put the cycle on for a long time for our clothes to actually be dry but even then, they weren’t fully. Buffet breakfast was delicious and the pool facilities both on site and across the road at the other property were great. Very sad to have left the place but...

"If you want a quiet resort right on the beach this is the place. The Thalasso massage pool is a bonus, my wife loved it and was in it everyday. The service crom the staff was top notch. We enjoyed the pool and breakfast more at sister resort which is a quick few minute gof cart ride. The staff at both resorts were fantastic. "
