room, that of which we already booked. After we settled in our room, they called in and told us that they copied the wrong page in the passport. We need to goto the front desk and Hand them the passport again so they can verify info.

"This hotel is huge but too remote from any sightseeing spots. The nearest subway station is 15-20 minutes walk. If you just want to relax and stay at the hotel all the time, it would be nice. There are a gym and a good sized swimming pool with no charge for guests. Room is spacious and comfortable, with a balcony overlooking the lake. Staff are friendly and helpful but only communicate in Chinese. There is no restaurant nearby. "

"Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Great location, very close to Wuxi Metro station and plenty of shops and restaurants. The breakfast buffet is also very good with mixture of Chinese and western-style choices. I can highly recommend Grand Park Wuxi, 5 stars."
