"Rizzan Sea Park Hotel is a beach resort and is very family friendly
, a lot of people that were there were families with younger children. It is certainly not an "adult" type of resort. The hotel is quite old and dated, they do keep it clean but you can see that the hallway rugs are stained and worn, some spots all the way down to the floor so it is in a state of badly needed renovation. The style and design is early 90s. The rooms are adequate and the views on the beach side are great....

"We came here to celebrate our anniversary and the hotel had nicely provided us a higher floor room. Our package comes with club lounge access, and it was a great decision made. We enjoyed the top-floor infinity pool very much. Our boy almost did not want to leave. It was one of the best

"We went during the off season in winter., (and basically one of a few guests in the entire place), so it was quiet. Not sure how it will be if the place had more occupancy.
The facility and room was clean; although it was very plain for the common areas... had an outdated feel to it... but it was all clean.
The dryers don't work (we ran them for 30min and our clothes were still wet)...but the washing machines were fine.
We didn't interact too much with staff, but when we did, it was pleasant...

"Staff were super helpful prior to arrival giving different transport options. We arrived before check in time, but were able to check in early. The room surpassed our expectation, very clean and stylishly designed and decorated with an ocean view. We wish we stayed more than one night! "

"This gem is definitely tucked into a more off the beaten path location but with a stunning view, beautifully maintained apartment and a fantastic tub, don’t pass it up! It’s also super close to a bus stop that will take you right to the beach/shopping areas and there is a ton of info for tourists in the apartment to help you with what to do during your stay. If I’m ever in the neighborhood again, I’ll for sure book this place!"

The laundry facilities are convenient but the dryers are not great and we ended up having to put the cycle on for a long time for our clothes to actually be dry but even then, they weren’t fully. Buffet breakfast was delicious and the pool facilities both on site and across the road at the other property were great. Very sad to have left the place but...

and offer many items for babies such as free diaper (5 per stay) and small lamp and pillow. The room we choose is tatami style so it’s spacious and no need to worry about baby falling off the bed. The room is big and cozy , the food is good. My overall experience in this hotel is great. However if you drive a big car like SUV, you will have to park outside, which will cost 1800 yen...
