room which was clean and spacious. We received a very warm welcome on check-in, unfortunately I did not take the gentleman's name so I can't name-drop him here. Similarly, the lady on check out was lovely too.

"Unsure why previous reviews were negative. I found the stay comfortable and enjoyable with free access to the onsite spa and pool. The restaurant features exclusively Asian cuisine and was excellent. Only drawback is there is no breakfast service before 9:00am. Very good value for money "

The bonus was that it had it’s own car park which was charged at £10 per day which we considered reasonable.
We will use this Hotel in Staines a lot in the coming future."

"A friendly welcome and some lovely surprises for my husband’s 50th, The team were all lovely and couldn’t have done anymore to make our stay better. The room was fabulous as was the breakfast. Service fantastic and with a smile. Will definitely stay again and would highly recommend. Loved the period quintessentially English hotel. The location was great, just a short walk from natural history museum in Kensington and 10 minute walk from South Kensington tube station. "
