"We chose to stay in an executive room. The room was clean although I was advised that the accessible room option which I would have preferred wasn't as nice.
We found the bathroom a bit claustrophobic and not suitable for my needs.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
However when we checked in we were advised that there was no access to the phone.
While seeking clarification we didn't the suggestion that we moved to a sister hotel as I am a disabled ,making me feel that we should put or shut up.
I wasn't happy that there was no concessions on the charges for disabled parking and there was only one disabled parking bay per floor.
The breakfast options were varied.
The hot options were fresh and well presented. "

"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, the staff were very helpful and the room I had was very clean and kept well. The breakfast was very standard with a wide range of hot and cold buffet options. I thoroughly enjoyed the pool and sauna which were very clean and user friendly. Overall, I would enjoy staying here again. "
