"Stay here for the spa facilities!
We absolutely loved access to the outdoor spa facilities, with 5 different temperature tubs. We also enjoyed the tub in our room. The facilities were perfect to recover from the Tongariro Alpine Crossing!
The lady on reception was a delight. Housekeeping were great - nice clean room.
The kitchenette and its items could do with a bit of an upgrade but we enjoyed eating out in this area anyway.
Thanks for a great stay."
"Very convenient location.
Really enjoyed our stay.
Room was extremely clean and beds were very comfortable. Staff was excellent, very helpful and friendly. "
"This place is amazing! Such a beautiful, quiet location with great views of Lake Taupo. Our chalet was very clean and comfortable. The hosts, Annie and Mike, were extremely helpful and welcoming. I highly recommend staying here. "
"The garden area and the grounds were beautiful.
The staff was very helpful and concerned about our welfare because our luggage had been lost by the airport. Samantha, at check-in, was especially helpful. "
"Room was clean and comfortable, views of the lake were great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Air conditioning worked well. 10-15min walk to centre of Taupo, and places to eat and drink in the vicinity."
