"Extremely present stay. We booked a room with access to their club lounge, and the lounge offered complimentary breakfast, afternoon tea set and cocktail hour with good selection of alcoholic beverages and plenty of food. We did not have to dine out in the evening at all.
The service was excellent - when there weren't space for cocktail hour, they took note of our room number and then called us when tables became available.
It's not a new hotel and there were signs of wear & tear, but the condition was otherwise excellent. High ceilings made the room airy."
"Love everything about this hotel. Great customer service like they really went out of their way to assist me from my itinerary to my transportation. Selene, Susie, Fiona, Kay and Vincent we're all awesome. I'd recommend this hotel and will be coming back again."
"We rented a 2-room with 2 bathrooms + 1 toilet + living area. It is surperb for group visit to Macau. The rooms are well decorated and with lots of space. "
