"Absolutely amazing if we were to go back to Poland we would definitely rebook this hotel. It was right in the middle of everything. With just a small walk to the city center. Staff were amazing and the place was impressive. Food at the restaurant felt luxury and was delicious. "
"We loved staying here. The room was spectacular and everyone was polite and extremely helpful. The restaurant tied to the hotel was incredible. We would 100% recommend staying at this hotel to everyone."
"Great location, within pedestrianised area, seconds off the main square.
Hotel does have a lift and storage area for bags on arrival/pre departure.
Spacious room with a fantastic powerful, instantly hot shower, tea coffee facilities and bottled water.
Good choice at breakfast, setting you up for the day. some hot food as well.
Staff were very friendly and helpful, responded quickly to messages before our visit as well.
I would be disappointed if we could not book the hotel on another visit.
I slept with the windows open and did not find noise from the people walking outside to be a problem. We stayed at the end of October."

"Loved the extra touch’s provided by this lovely hotel. Free Coffee, tea & water 24/7. Free bike hire & spa. Each bedroom has an integrated tablet to control lights etc and with its own WiFi. Extras like avocado on toast served to your table. Friendly helpful staff in a very clean hotel, in an area easily accessible for all the best places in Kazimierz and Krakow old town. Would definitely revisit"
"I am a 73 year old woman who travels alone. I have stayed here twice when taking a few days off from my volunteer work in Poland. I like the warm, comforting feeling staying in an older hotel. The rooms are quiet, uniquely decorated & the breakfast is fantastic. The staff is very friendly & I have enjoyed conversing with them. It is very close to the main square and I walk to anywhere I want to go. It is also about a 10 minute walk from the train station. I recommend eating dinner at Tivoli Restaurant. "
