"No contact check-in, but there was some in the lobby to assist. Needed room key to operate elevator, which is a nice touch. Room was well appointed with multiple plugs and USB ports. Desk, chair, safe, microwave, fridge. Coffee maker but only decaffeinated available. Attached restaurant / bar with very good food. "
"This is a lovely hotel with top-notch customer service. Our room was immaculate and comfortable. There was plenty of closet/storage space and the mini-cooler was perfect for keeping bottled water on hand. The ONLY thing that I might comment on is all the mirrors in the room. The interior of the shower door and the door to the toilet are fully mirrored. This is not really a problem, but just a bit jarring to see yourself in multiple angles (haha). If you are sharing a room with a travel buddy that you do not know super well...,you will definitely be closer by the end of your stay! Interestingly, there was no mirror above the vanity in the bathroom, but there was a portable mirror available for doing skincare/makeup/hair. There is not a ton to do in the immediate area, but it is only a 10-15 minute walk into downtown Seattle. "
