"This hotel is very elegant, we stayed at 3 different hotels in India during our 15-day trip, the ITC Hotel is by far the best property out of the 3, although it is about $40 more per night than the other two properties. Still it made a huge difference in elegance. Location is also pretty good as it is close to multiple touristic attractions in south Mumbai and a couple of shopping malls."

. The restaurant is amazing. Thanks again to the chef who specially prepared some kababs for us although the kabab restaurant was not open that night. Thanks also to the waiter Rohit who was so kindly looking after us to get all we need."

"Staff at this hotel are fantastic the food is very good but the first floor pool area was dirty they need to clean the area and pool everyday as other hotels.the club lounge is good but the rooms don’t have that fresh feel after being cleaned which you get at other 5star hotels."
