"크룽텝윙 객실이 확실히 넓었어요. 복도에서는 시큼한 냄새가 났지만 객실 안쪽은 괜찮았어요. 조식을 먹으러 본관까지 이동하는 것이 조금 불편했지만, 선착장이나 bts역이 가까워서 다른 지역으로 이동하는 것은 크룽텝윙이 더 편했습니다. 모든 직원들이 친절했고 덕분에 가족들과 편안한 시간을 보낼 수 있었습니다."
"Everyone here is genuinely kind and welcoming. The room condition is excellent, and everything is very clean. I also enjoyed the breakfast. It’s quiet and almost everything is perfect.
There is just one small issue — the noise from dragging chairs is quite loud, and I could hear it as a kind of floor noise. If silicone pads or similar measures were added to the bottom of the chair legs to reduce that sound, it would make this hotel truly perfect. I definitely plan to stay here again in the future."
