"Such a lovely renovated old building with lots of interesting features. Loved that they had kept the old hand mechanism in the lift. The 2 bedroom suite was perfect with the bedrooms well separated on either side of the bathroom and the lounge and entry separate. The bed was like sleeping in a cloud, I don't usually like soft beds, but this one was great. Great quality linen and towels. Lots of storage. Only problem was I wasn't there long enough to take full advantage of the

"We were so excited to stay at The Calile and it did not disappoint. From the time we checked in to the time we left, the staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. the hotel itself is beautiful as was our room. So many lovely dining options and a great ambience all round. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting a touch of class and

Our family appreciated the care of us by the staff. The valet staff were great when we encountered heavyy rain. We were going to qpac for a performance. We loved the hotel, particularly the staff. wiht a lovely view of the river. However the breakfast area has undergone a re-modelling, which yuo either love or dislike , like marmite, and we found it very strange. Not in keeping with the style of the hotel. The bar likewise was rather cold in relation to comfort."
