!! Staff was incredibly attentive and friendly. Tinh was especially great and had many stories to share about Vietnam that were very interesting. The rooms were very clean, beds super comfortable, and waking up to a view of the bay was even more incredible! Food was also delicious, but keep in mind you have to pay for beverages. One night was enough but we could have definitely stayed for two! Highly recommend treating yourself...

The room was basic with firm beds, the shower pressure was a little low, It's an older hotel with some wear, but all was clean, there are great banh mi and pho stands right out front, and cld cheap beer in the corner store - will stay here again 100% if I ever visit Hanoi again!"
