"I had a wonderful stay at the Mandarin Hotel in Bangkok. The rooms were incredibly spacious, clean, and very comfortable — perfect for relaxing after a busy day exploring the city.
The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with anything we needed. The location was also convenient, with easy access to shopping areas, restaurants, and public transport.
Overall, it’s a fantastic place to stay in Bangkok, offering great value and comfort. I’d definitely choose the Mandarin Hotel again on my next visit!"
"Eventually we got a room that smelt ok, I was very appreciative of the gentleman who called the front desk for us when we were unhappy with the smoke smell in the room. The next room smelt like fish noted by the gentleman also. Then the next room was overwhelming musty. The last room thank goodness was good. However the fridge didn’t work twice and needed replacing. They promtly both times replaced the fridge. The staff are exceptional service and welcoming one of the main reasons we love to stay at grande centre point hotels. The location is also fantastic at Sukhumvit unfortunately we were too unwell to enjoy it. The rooms are very beautiful and set out well. "
