I booked this hotel seven months in advance, primarily to watch the Giro. When we arrived at the hotel, we found it was closed for the season. We missed the Giro and had to scramble for a room. They wasted a day, and the primary purpose, of my vacation. Then it took me a month to get my money back because they apparently ignored Travelocity's attempts to contact them. The owners of this hotel are scum, and you would be foolish to rely on Travelocity when they tell you that the room is booked and confirmed. Nor should you use Travelocity in any case. It took me HOURS of my time and MANY emails to get my refund. They offered me a $25 coupon for my trouble. They can file that where the sun never shines. I've used Travelocity for years. Never again.
