The hotel was having some renovations done on the outside of the building so interfered with the view some what the staff were pleasant the breakfast was very good dinner in the restaurant was lovely

Nice property, good staff, quiet safe area. Excellent breakfasts, plus a good dining menu for the restaurant. We stayed 13th & 14th Oct 24. Would definately return. Hotel opposite the sea. Bus terminus next door to the hotel but easy walkable to llandudno town centre and pier.

View from our room was great, breakfast was excellent really hot and cooked to order. Could do with 1 extra staff on as it was sunny and only 1 person on trying to do everything. Overall I really enjoyed my stay.

Greeting on arrival was good and staff very helpful, Parking was good plenty of space for the time of year and as its just parking on the street, good bar and dining area, rooms were a bit out dated but it was stated in visitor book in the room it was under inprovements, not as clean as expected.
