We had a great stay! Even though there are mutiple rooms we never saw the patio/pool area crowded. We had the pool suite and it was spacious with a kitchen and a nice seating area outside. The housekeeper was very nice and attentive and the check in/out process was seamless. It is on a great area close to the beach in a quiet neighborhood. I would definitely be back abd recommend them 100%.

Affordable, quiet gem in the middle of the expensive crazy hub of beaches, shops, restaurants, resorts and casinos. Located in a quiet neighborhood where you can see the casinos, but are not right next to them this adult only boutique is clean, beautiful and relaxing. Did I mention affordable?! I love this place, we would go back when we visit Aruba again.

The house is beautiful and very clean and quiet. We had the Penthouse and it adds a lovely element of privacy. The apartment is well stocked and is HUGE in terms of space for a couple. We found a car to be very useful, if even if driving to the beach which is only a 10 minute walk away. Finally, great service from the owners and staff.

Lovely Boutique Hotel. Avoid the Tropical Suite

We stayed in the Superior Suite and the actual suite was as advertised and very comfortable. The suite named Topical which we were assigned however did not have a garden view or patio as advertised. In fact the suite opened onto the front parking drive and road. To access the lovely pool area required going into the main hotel entrance and the through to the pool. We would stay again but book one of the pool suites.

We really enjoyed this property. We booked the Moroccan Room, which was really cute. We arrived earlier than check in, and we were allowed to check in to the room early. The pool area was really cool and relaxed. The property was near a trail that took us right to the Marriott properties, which saved a lot of time walking. The property was also an 5-20 minute walk from most places in Noord and Palm beach areas. The air conditioning in the room was amazing as well. The property manager reached out to me during the stay to see how our stay was and if we had any issues. They had a list of restaurants and taxis with numbers to call if needed. We would recommend this property to anyone looking for something cheaper while still being close to everything.

We stayed in the Pool Suite for 4 nights. It was perfect for two of us. It has a small kitchen area and walk-out patio with dining table where you can eat outdoors. Blanca made sure our stay was comfortable and brought us clean towels each day. Place itself is beautiful and location was perfect. You can walk to the Palm Beach, and Arashi and Malmok were only about 2 to 5 minute drives. Arashi and Malmok were our favorite beaches as we love to snorkel. Mike and Amanda recommend great local places to eat. We loved Eduardo’s and Wacky Wahoo- two places we tried near by. We will be staying here again next time. Place is perfect for couples and families. They provide beach towels and chairs for guests to use. They also have couple of gas grills and beautiful outdoor eating area under the canopy.

Great place but white room king bed needs to go.

It is a very nice hotel however we had a few problems. The first room assigned had a terrible smell of epoxy paint, it was so strong that after being in there for a couple of hours I had a headache. I asked if there was another room we could move to and the housekeeper contacted the manager and fortunately they had one room available which was very nice and spacious. Everything would have been great in the new room however the bed was super hard and lopsided. Had a hard time sleeping for the remaining 3 nights. If it wasn't for those two situations I would happily give the hotel 4-5 stars since everything else was very nice and the housekeeper and host were very accommodating.

10/10. What a little gem. Peaceful, quiet and accommodating. We had a short stay but just great. Tips - white appartment would be good for longer stays or if you want to eat in as it has full kitchen and kitchen plates, utensils etc. Having a car is ideal if you want to go around the island but not a deal breaker as walking to beach and restaurant options just over 10 mins. Mostly deal with the hosts by email and they have staff on business hrs to help with check in. If you are rigid and need a hotel with front desk…look elsewhere, but you would miss out on a special little place.

Surprised my fiance for his 40th by staying at this really beautiful Airbnb like hotel. The grounds was clean, the area was quiet! We had the Moroccan room and it was so dope! My fiance was very happy and impressed. We were just 5 mins from the strip and every other convenient places we need to be. We truly enjoyed our stay. The hosts were lovely! Modern hotel Aruba

This was a fabulous place to stay. Our first trip to Aruba, and the walk to the beach was under 10 min. We were able to walk to a variety of restaurants on the water and in the tourist / hotel area just off the beach. Blanco greeted us when we arrived. The pool / patio area was very quiet ~ and they provide beach chairs and coolers for any excursions you may want to do. We would love to come back
