We truly enjoyed our stay at this resort. Our room was clean and spacious with a very nice view of the lush garden. I liked staying at the balcony and just take in the view. We enjoyed the private beach, paddle boarding and the happy hour featuring an acoustic duo. The hotel offers free rides to anywhere within the General Luna area, which we definitely appreciated. Restaurants are within walking distance. We will definitely choose to stay at this resort again and upgrade our room for a nice ocean view.

We had a wonderful stay. The room we booked was gorgeous, comfortable, a bit noisy starting around 6 a.m. Just be ready for the expectation of luxury and hopes of a knowledgeable front desk staff to fly out the window, but the place is so beautiful that it really doesn't matter if you relax and go with it.

Great stay! Beautiful view, beautiful resort, great food! Wish there wasn’t constructions going on during my stay since I couldn’t enjoy the peace and the pool but that’s okay. Room was okay…could be better. I did enjoy the outdoor shower. I will definitely come back.

The staff is very accommodating, and the property is easy to find. However, we encountered an issue with our room having a sewer-like odor. The hair dryer is only available upon request. The breakfast was decent, though not exceptional. Additionally, the hotel does not permit outside masseuses. It's the only hotel I stayed at that charges for stained linens and towels, yet some of the towels provide at check-in already had stains. You'll see the price list inside the room. Overall, it's an average experience.
