Our stay was great and room was clean, quaint,and for the most part quiet. very close to the beach The waves were awesome ,hurricane Erin down south had something to do with this!! I would recommend this to other family members. If we go back to OOB we would stay there again.

Disappointed

I will say the location was great, right in the beach as expected but it all stops there. This place is old and needs repairs, paint and to be updated. The room was clean and the beds were comfy. The bathroom was clean but cramped and the toilet was built for toddler. The pool was one the reasons I booked this hotel but it was a total disappointment. The pool was not heated, dirty and the had a shop vac filtering the water by the lame fountains. In all this hotel is not worth the money I paid and I would not go back.

We could hear everything around and it made it very hard to sleep or enjoy any quiet time. The wifi also went in and out constantly so that was annoying.
