予約確認メールを信じて、チェックインしようとしたが、フロント係員に断られた。 メールを提示して何とかチェックイン出来たが、楽しい旅にケチが付いた。 周りには、飲食店が無く、街まで距離があり、スポーツ合宿などの目的での宿泊なら問題無いかも知れないが、バスを利用しての観光だ不便を感じた。

ホテルは古いが清潔に保たれており、スタッフの方も皆さん親切でした。価格からすると大満足ですが、あえて言うならサウナの利用時間とかエレベーター内とかに表記いただけるとありがたいです。レンタカー利用だったので不便は感じなかったが、公共期間利用の方は夕食を予約することをお勧め致します。

チェックインした時に、すぐに予約を見つけられず、待たされることになりました。待つ時間が勿体なかったので、出掛ける事をお伝えすると、荷物を預かって下さり、部屋にまで運んでくれてました。朝食付きでしたが、朝起きれれなかったのですがランチバイキングに変更可能でした。最初は、どうなるか！と思いましたが、とても親切で快適な時間を過ごせました。 併設する食事処(ランチバイキングをしたところ)は、とても良かったです。一つ一つ丁寧に作られてるのを感じました。

3回目の利用、プライベートで二泊三日は初めての利用でした。 施設がリニューアルされている箇所があり快適に過ごせました。 朝食は隣接の「あさばな」でのバイキング、料理が多種多彩で連泊しないと食べきれないです。 夕食は「屋上スカイビアガーデン」雨の影響もあり初日は「あさばな」バイキング たこ焼き、二日目は屋根の下でのBBQで楽しめました。 スタッフさんからのお声掛けが多く戴き、好感が持てるホテルです。 改善希望点は「タオル・バスタオル使い放題」にしてほしい。 部屋内浴室でのシャワー利用、大浴場、サウナ利用で乾いていないバスタオルの使いまわしは気持ちのいいものではないので大浴場に常備してほしいです。

ホテル自体はそんなに新しいものではないのでビジネスホテルライクの雰囲気。今時の"リゾートホテル感"は正直期待出来ない。 が！館内に沢山貼られた色紙や寄せ書を見ると、アスリートの合宿に良く利用されているようで、御礼の言葉も多かった。 併設のレストランで頂く朝食バイキングが、奄美の食材をふんだんに使った地元の味がメインでとても充実している。 鶏飯もあり、わざわざ料金を払って他店に行かなくても良かった！ また、支配人(かな？)も朝から元気に接客されていて非常に好感が持てました。 普通にレストランとしても営業されていて、夕食も頂いたがとても美味しかった。 ひとり旅では充分でした！

立地の良いホテル

屋仁川通りに飲みに行くのには徒歩だときついですが、無料レンタル自転車があったため毎度お借りしていました。そのおかげで楽に行動ができホテルの方の接客もよかったです！ 難点は三人部屋だったのですが部屋に入ってすぐベッドがドンっとある感じまでキャリーバッグなど置くスペースがとれないくらい狭かったくらいです。

ツアーを用意してくれてたり、シュノーケルのレンタル等もありました。レストランが併設されているので使わせていただきました。 ただ、ポイントが貯まるのをおっしゃらず、そのまま支払いをしてしまいました。宿泊代は大きいので、悲しかったです。

繁華街に近くて夜は楽しめます。

飲食店が並ぶ繁華街にタクシーですぐ行ける距離だったのでご飯屋さん選びには困りませんでした。お部屋が3人1室を選んだのですが、ツインの部屋に簡易ベッドが無理矢理入っている感じでとても狭かったので残念。スタッフの皆さんとてもいい方達でした。
