사람들이 친절해서 좋네요. 다만 외관에 비해 내부는 좀 떨어져요. 가격에 비하면 그런데로 하루 지내기는 영 나쁘지는 않습니다. 아침 식사는 아주 좋아요.

Nice place, lovely staff, close to station

The hotel is conveniently close to the train and bus stations, as well as the airport. However, the area is relatively quite and quite close to a number of temples. Free biycles are a great way to get around but the e-bikes are a bit pricy. Staff are friendly and quite helpful. As you can read from other comments, the hotel is far from old Bagan, but much cheaper than its counterparts. You can see on the map that there are easy ways to access the main attractions.

Super vriendelijke staff. Kamers zijn aan renovatie toe maar het comfort is aanvaardbaar voor een budget hotel. Op het moment dat wij boekten was dit de goedkoopste optie in de regio. Ontbijt en maaltijden in het restaurant zijn in orde. Er zijn gratis fietsen ter beschikking. Maar wij maakten gretig gebruik van de door het hotel aangeboden verhuur van E-Bikes. Dit wordt aangeboden voor een redelijke prijs. De vriendelijkheid en behulpzaamheid van het personeel maakt veel goed. Mijn rugzak was gescheurd en men heeft mij deze gratis hersteld. Alsook hulp bij het plannen van je bezoek aan Bagan, kopen van bustickets of taxi's beshikbaarW

Great place but not walking distance to bars etc.

I would give this hotel a higher rating but the location is a couple miles on a busy highway from the restaurants and nightlife of Nyaung U. If I could move the hotel into town, it would be hands down the best hotel in Nyaung U. The have great Ebikes to rent very affordably so once we had Ebikes it was fine to see the sights, but you do have to ride them to and from dinner as well. Breakfast was great. Wife did not work in our room, but worked ok out on the terrace. It was not busy so they gave us a free upgrade tot he upper rooms which are really nice.

Nice place little out of town

Nice place, great staff. Only problem is it's isolated. And you need transport to get to restaurants. However, the food there is good and staff very helpful and can provide bicycles for free and rent ebikes.

it was fine. far from bagan. no one will rent you a motorbike or scooter in bagan, but they do have overpriced ebikes that die and leave you stranded halfway through the day.. the hotel itself was ok, but prices were twice what you would pay in town, and 5x the price of anywhere else in Myanmar

Hotel ist in Ordnung, ein wenig zu teuer

Das Hotel ist ok und preislich nicht gerade billig, aber vergleichbar mit anderen Hotels in Bagan. Trotz Buchung eines 17m2 grossen Zimmers mit Gartenblick und Doppelbett wollte man mir zuerst ein kleines, wohl knapp 12m2 grosses Zimmer mit Einzelbett und ohne Fenster aufschwatzen - für knapp 34 Dollar ein Witz! Das Personal hatte Mühe, meine Online-Buchung auf dem Laptop zu finden und konnte daher auch die Details nicht nachvollziehen. Nach Nachfrage wurde mir dann ein der Buchung entsprechendes Zimmer angeboten, allerdings so im Sinne - wir sind jetzt so grosszügig und überlassen Ihnen ohne Zusatzkosten ein grösseres Zimmer - was nicht ganz fair ist, da ich genau dafür bezahlt und gebucht hatte. Für den Sonnenaufgang mietete ich ein E-Bike, welches mir für 3000 Kyat überlassen wurde, was zuviel ist angesichts der Tatsache, dass ich es gerade mal 3h benutzt habe (wurde um 8.30 bereits vom Bus nach Mandalay abgeholt). Ebenfalls war das E-Bike sowas von schlecht, dass ich beinahe nicht vom Fleck kam. War gerade mal ein bisschen schneller als die Pferdekutschen! Andere Roller funktionieren also um Längen besser! Das Frühstück war hingegen sehr gut und die Terrasse hübsch eingerichtet. Personal war schlussendlich auch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit trotz der "Zimmerverwechslung". Ich denke, der Preis für das Zimmer ist zu hoch, aber Bagan allgemein ist nicht gerade kostengünstig was Unterkünfte betrifft.

You get what you pay for plus a good breakfast

Green land motel is a great choice if you arrive at night with the night bus. Not expensive at all, rooms are ok (bathroom is nothing special) and the breakfast is very good so you can start your day right away!

Friendly staff and decent hotel.

Nice hotel and restaurant. Staff is really friendly and can help arrange transportation. You can rent ebikes. Breakfast is awesome! The room is pretty small but good enough. The wifi didn't really work at all but that's ok if you're not planning to be in your room very much.
