Extremely disappointed with the service as we had called before hand to ask about the amenities and they said everything is available, however, after reaching the hotel, no amenities were available except the pool which was extremely dirty and full of chlorine. Table tennis and pool table was promised in the pictures but completely broken at the property. Staff was rude to is quite a lot of times especially during check out. Food was average and had to wait in line for a long time for the food to arrive even after specific time requesting for Jain food before even booking. Overall not a good experience and can definitely opt for another resort at a much better rate with the same amenities
