Stayed one night floor was so dirty that if you wipe something off the floor the towel would come out black.. was not swept or mopped or even dusted .. counters has dust bathroom shower looked dirty and felt dirty and room smelled like cigarettes..

Room smelled so much like cigarettes upon arriving, it’s like they didn’t even clean because there was also old stained pee on the toilet seat. We had to clean and wipe down ourselves.

The place is dirty unsafe and smells. Super half hazard sketchy place. They also ran my card saying orbitz was just doing a hold and only their charge would go through. So more than double charged and having to now dispute it because they’re denying. Filthy on top of being a con. Don’t do it!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Its not a fancy hotel in the best part of town, but it met my expectations and needs. The rooms were clean the staff great. There is some transient residents in the area but I never felt unsafe.
