The location was perfect. So quiet. Check in was a breeze. Hidden treasure. So happy I didn't book at Hamptons, Holiday in or a larger franchise. This was perfect. Not fancy. Room was clean, plenty parking, full size fridge, stove, microwave and the river.

Needs more lounge style pool furniture, paint on walls, ceiling repairs, upgraded furniture in rooms and common area. Loved the openness and river view was excellent. More outdoor seating to enjoy river view.

We checked in and got our room and all went well. We joked about a deposit and was told we would get charged if anything happened. Got to the room and noticed damge to the bathroom door. We took pictures and reported it to the front desk. They immediately noted it and took our pictures as well to show proof to management. Very pleased how they handled the situation

the staff was very nice, room was great, but false advertist pissed me off. it was advertised that there would be a contental breakfast, no breakfast, advertised resturant and bar on site. it was closed down. very disappointed wish i could get a refund

All in all the room wasn't bad, just few things within the room was the issue. When walking around the room, the floor made my feet black within a few steps, no in-room amenities such as a room clock and telephone, there was flies flying around and little ant-like bugs were on the floor. The outside maintenance was not upheld from the grounds keeping to trash in trash cans not being emptied. The staff was polite at checkin and out

Very spacious, clean room, comfortable bed, excellent water pressure with lots of hot water, excellent staff, amazing view, unique interior design of the hotel with a Koi pond. The large picture windows facing the river took up the entire wall of our room and were coated so that we could see out, but people could not see in. Could use a little TLC. The bathroom door hung up badly in the frame and had not been painted. The hinges were rusty and interior side of the door was dirty. The sink faucet was cracked. There was a Kleenex box mounter in the wall and the chrome cover was rusty.
