Besides the location not being able to find transportation, specially at night, the lack of empathy is unbelievable, as a hospitality business and with no restaurant ( after breakfast), if you want to bring your own food and needed a spoon or fork or plate or glass they don’t provide it. after having a conversation with the nice staff they did it, but I was told management doesn’t allow it. That is an issue, because is you are in the hospitality industry then you need to be very helpful and helpful with your guests. otherwise we won’t come back to you.
