Great customer service from the front desk personnel. The breakfast was superb, attendees were always very attentive to our needs. The cooks prepared delicious dishes. Then we had our housekeeper Raquel, always happy to assist us with our needs. It was great to always see her big smile. We are very happy with our stay at the Encore and are already planning to return but this time with family and friends.

Muy buena ubicación, céntrico de todos los lugares a los que tenía que ir. Queda cerca de Punto Sur y Galerías Santa Anita para quienes deseen ir de compras. El hotel, limpio, práctico, agradable. Buena atención del personal.

Llegamos y la habitación olía muy mal, le dijimos y dijeron q era por lo encerrado y falta de ventilación de la habitación. Solicitamos cambio de habitación y las cubrecamas boludas mal tendidas y opacas. Y a la cafetera le faltaban piezas, nos dijeron pusiéramos el café directo al vaso y era lo mismo si el porta filtro faltaba. Para cambiar la cafetera me hicieron cargarla a la administración. Solo para verla. Y subirla nuevamente . La sustitución se tardó 3 hrs. Muy mala actitud de los empleados. Aun así me comporté amable
